A substantive interview with an excellent facilitator. I found the vision of the authors and their eloquence highly motivating and infectious. This is not the history that I learned in school. Nor is it a history I encounter in most museums or public discourse. Hooray to these authors for what they have accomplished. I was particularly struck by one the sisters’ comments about how many women of consequence and important in their own time have quietly disappeared from the story–as if their contributions never happened.
