WMA co-author Julie Hemming Savage, a junior high teacher of history, women’s studies, and English, holds a master’s degree in american studies. She recently served on the Advisory Board for the U.S. Department of Education-funded initiative, Roads from Seneca Falls, an online resource on women’s history for K-12 teachers and students.
